2) Nominate three friends! Call them out in the video by name.

Child abuse has been a long-running issue in the United States, with nearly 700,000 reported cases per year. The problem is only worsening. The #HandsOff challenge was created in an effort to put an end to child abuse. All it takes is ten situps and a hashtag.
Don't let maltreatment of our nation's children escalate any further. Let's protect our kids. Join us in shedding light on this imperative need to put an end to the neglect and abuse of minors. With hospitals now seeing an increase in the severity of abuse, they need us now more than ever.
